Family is the first word that comes to my mind when I think of my time in the senior housing business. I began my career in this industry in January of 1995 with in the first few weeks I came home and looked at my wife and said I am finally home. She looked at me quite puzzled and said yes you are. I explained that every job I had held to that point in my life had felt like a stepping stone to another opportunity but now working with seniors I felt like I had finally found my place in this world. Each and every day since has been an exciting exploration into delivering better service to those that have entered my family. Mosaic is anchored on my faith, my commitment to service, and most of all my family.

Some of us are not meant to follow the crowd.

Whether I am working with residents, staff, vendors, share-holders, or trying to broker a truce between one of my eight children I see us all as family. Family means we are committed to one another and treat each other with dignity, respect, and transparency. Looking to continually improve and strive to reach higher standards of achievement or service is the premise in which we operate. We all have been created beautifully unique and have different needs and dreams. This is the unique challenge of working with many precious individuals. At Mosaic we are committed to providing an environment where all the people we serve are embraced for their uniqueness and diversity.
